Following the approval of the Management Board on 3rd July, 2026, and the successful presentation of the new corporate structure during the General Staff Meeting held on 5th July, 2026, Acetylworld Solutions has officially approved the restructuring of its digital platforms and online communities. This initiative is part of our long-term vision to create a more connected, efficient, and engaging digital ecosystem for everyone who interacts with our organization.

Introducing the Acetylworld Solutions Global Community

As our organization continues to grow across multiple departments, programmes, and digital services, we recognize the importance of bringing our members together under one unified platform.

We are therefore pleased to introduce the Acetylworld Solutions Global Community—our official WhatsApp Community that will serve as the central hub connecting all our departments, programmes, initiatives, subsidiaries, students, clients, volunteers, professionals, and partners.

The Global Community is not a new company or subsidiary. Rather, it is a unified digital ecosystem designed to improve communication, encourage collaboration, and create stronger engagement across all our services.

Within the Global Community, members will have access to dedicated groups for our various departments and programmes while remaining connected through one official platform.

What This Means for Our Members

Existing communities will no longer operate independently. Instead, they will become part of the Acetylworld Solutions Global Community, where each department or programme will maintain its own dedicated group while benefiting from a more integrated and collaborative environment.

This new structure has been carefully designed to make it easier for members to access information, participate in activities, and connect with opportunities across the Acetylworld ecosystem.

The community will include dedicated groups for:

• Chambers of Scholars (organized by country rather than by school)

• Acetylworld ZataPoint

• Writing & Research Department

• Chambers of Success Webinar Series

• Acetylworld Intelligence (currently under development)

• Volunteer and Professional Teams

This approach allows every department to retain its unique identity while benefiting from the strength of one connected community.

Existing Groups Will Be Restructured

As part of this transition, several of our existing WhatsApp groups and digital platforms that are inactive or no longer aligned with our current structure will be repurposed to support our new vision.

Members of affected groups will receive official notifications before any changes take effect.

Participation remains entirely voluntary. Members may choose to remain within the restructured communities and enjoy the new opportunities available, or they may exit the groups if they no longer wish to participate.

We encourage everyone to remain with us as we embrace this exciting new chapter and continue building a stronger global network.

These entities are not separate legal organizations and do not operate independently of Acetylworld Solutions. They exist as integral parts of our corporate structure and share the same governance, administration, and strategic direction.

This clarification reflects our commitment to transparency, consistency, and a unified corporate identity.
